I help service businesses find the revenue they're losing, then I build the fix.
Backed by 20+ years of marketing and sales experience using AI and automation. Most businesses don't have an AI problem. They have a visibility problem. I help them see it, then fix it.
Worked with
You're not short on effort. You're short on visibility.
Enquiries come in, then go quiet. Nobody follows up, and nobody notices. Past customers you haven't spoken to in months. Posts that stop the week work gets busy.
Six tools that don't talk to each other, one spreadsheet holding it together, and every process running through you.
None of it arrives as a bill. Someone chose you, waited, heard nothing, and the job went to whoever replied first. You never see the loss, because the invoice was never yours to send.
None of that is a technology problem yet. It's a visibility problem, and you can't see it from inside the business.
I build the marketing, sales and operating systems your business is missing.
Built around how your business already works and handed over running. Every one of them has to earn its place three ways.
-
01
More revenue
Enquiries get answered day or night. Past customers hear from you again. The revenue you already earned stops leaking out of the gaps.
-
02
Lower cost
Work that took a person now runs itself. You stop paying to reach strangers while the people who already trusted you sit in a list.
-
03
Time back
The processes that run through you stop running through you. The business works the same whether you are in the room or not.
Some systems I build from scratch. This one already exists.
The Revenue Recovery System is ten automations covering the whole life of a customer, from the moment an enquiry lands to the point they would otherwise be forgotten. Built once, installed where it fits.

Most businesses are losing money at three or four of these points and can only name one.
I'm not an automation guy who learned marketing. I'm a marketer who learned to build.
I spent 4 years as Head of Customer Growth and Marketplace at a tech company that scaled from zero to 11 million downloads, where I created the systems, funnels, and automation that aided that growth.
Before that, founded a marketing and PR agency and ran 200+ campaigns across music, events, and corporate clients, and I still teach branding and marketing at Berklee College of Music.
I build on marketing theory and buyer psychology, not guesswork, then turn the strategy into systems that run themselves.
Buyer psychology doesn't change between industries. What makes a fan convert is what makes a stranded driver call back instead of a competitor. The industry changes. The psychology doesn't.
The first step is a conversation, not a project.
Three steps, in this order, so you always know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.

Discovery Call
Free, about 15 minutes. I ask about your business, tell you where I think it might be leaking, and explain what The Audit would cover. If it isn't a fit, I say so on the call.
-
The Audit
The first paid step. One live hour together, then a written report naming the three priority gaps in the order they should be fixed.
-
The Jam Session
Included in The Audit. I present the findings, we agree the tools that fit your process, and the right next step comes out of your gap rather than off a price list.
One Audit. One Website Review. Seventeen Findings.
The report names every one, ranked by what it is costing, in the order I would fix them. Here are three from a recent review, and the front page of the report they came in.
- F01CriticalThe contact form had never delivered a message, and told every sender it had worked.
- F06HighA 22.3MB homepage, taking 13.3 seconds to render on a phone.
- F04HighNo analytics of any kind, so the business could measure nothing about its own site.
Three website reviews, a brand and funnel build, and a traffic strategy, in the last six weeks. None of the owners knew what was on their own list.
How we can work together.

Build For You
When the gap is execution. Three workflows built, handed over and running in four weeks.
-
Systems Partner
When the gap is ongoing capacity. A three-month minimum, and I hold two of these at a time.
Nothing here starts with a big build. The Audit is small, self-contained and the only thing you commit to, and you decide what happens next once the report is in your hands.
Six systems, grouped by what they were built to do.
The unit here is the system, not the logo. Each one sits under the outcome it was built for.

He doesn't just identify problems, he builds the systems that solve them.
Tobie has a rare ability to combine strategy, operations and execution. Throughout our time working together, he consistently built systems that improved visibility, accountability and performance across multiple teams and markets.
More importantly, he delivers. When challenges appeared, he focused on building solutions rather than simply reporting problems. Any organisation looking to scale would benefit from having Tobie involved in designing the systems that support growth.
-
Unlike a lot of consultants, he doesn't just tell you what could be improved. He actually built and implemented it from start to finish.
He's built systems and automations for us that give us much better visibility across the business, identify revenue leakage and missed opportunities, and automate areas such as fleet servicing, maintenance and compliance that previously required significant manual oversight.
As a business owner, having someone who understands both the commercial objective and the technical implementation is incredibly valuable. Tobie is very capable, easy to work with and, most importantly, delivers practical solutions that we actually use day to day.
You can't fix the gap you can't see.
Book a Discovery CallWhat you need to know before I build.
Do I need to know how to code or manage the tools?
No. You never touch a tool. I build it, implement it, and hand you a working system. Your only job is to describe what you need and flag anything that isn't working.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
Whatever fits your process. The tools are chosen for the job and approved by you before any build cost is incurred, so there are no surprises and no scope disputes.
How long does a typical build take?
TSG Build For You is three workflows in four weeks. The Audit that comes before it is one live hour plus the written report.
We've tried software before and it never stuck.
That software was bought, not built for your situation. Here the right thing gets designed and agreed with you before anything gets built, which is why it stays in use.
I'm not technical enough for this.
You don't need to be. You never need to know what a tool is called to understand what it does for you. That's the point of done for you.
It sounds expensive.
The real question is what the manual work already costs you every week. We start at the highest-leverage gap, not the biggest one, so the first build pays for itself before the second one starts.
I don't have time right now.
Discovery takes an hour. After that I do the work. Needing your time is exactly the problem this removes.
What happens if something breaks after handover?
Handover includes plain-English documentation and 30 days of post-handover support. Properly built systems are stable, and ongoing support is available if you want it.
Let's find what's quietly costing you customers.
A relaxed 15-minute call. I ask about your business, spot where your marketing might be leaking, and tell you what I'd look at properly. If it's a fit, the next step is The Audit. If not, I'll tell you. No harm done.
