These are the terms for using this site, the Leak Finder and the booking calendar. They are written to be read.
Who this is
The Systems Guy is part of Ma'ana, licence CN-4785708, under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. It is the trading name of a marketing systems consultancy run by Tobie Allen, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms "I" and "we" mean that business, and "you" means anyone using this site, taking the Leak Finder or booking a call.
Using this site
This site is for information about my work and for booking a call. Use it lawfully, and do not try to interfere with it, copy it in bulk or use it to send me anything harmful.
The Leak Finder is a guide, not advice
The Leak Finder and the report it produces are a guide to where to look. They are built from your answers and from published research, and the figures are estimates over twelve months, not forecasts or promises. Published research describes averages across many businesses, and yours may differ. Some figures rest on weaker evidence than others, and each is labelled.
Nothing in the Leak Finder, the report or this site is financial, legal or professional advice. Please speak to a suitable specialist before making decisions based on it. How the results are decided is set out on the result screen and in the report.
The Discovery Call
The Discovery Call is free, lasts about 15 minutes and carries no obligation. If I think I cannot help, I will say so on the call.
Paid work
Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a service on particular terms. Any paid work, including The Audit, is agreed with you in writing before it starts, setting out what is included, the fee and when it is paid.
No guarantee of results
Every business is different, and what any piece of work finds or changes depends on your own numbers, your market and what you do with it. I do not guarantee a particular result.
Your report and my content
The content of this site, and the report you receive from the Leak Finder, belong to me. You may keep the report and use it inside your own business. Please do not publish it, resell it or present it as your own work.
Other people's sites
This site links to and uses tools run by other companies, such as the booking calendar and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply when you use them, and I am not responsible for them.
Limits on what I am responsible for
To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that arise from decisions you make based on this site, the Leak Finder or the report. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Your details
How your details are collected and used is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
